Next Day Delivery

At LENSMATE we understand people don't like waiting for their shiny new things, and that's why we've committed to next day deliveries as standard.

If you place your order before 2PM on any normal working business day, that's Monday to Friday, not including weekends, then you can expect your order to be with you the very next day*.

UK Delivery Costs

For orders over £20, Next Day Delivery is completely free of charge.

For orders under £20, there will be a standard Next Day delivery charge of £3.99 (or standard for £1.99).

Late Deliveries

As mentioned above, all of our orders are sent via a first class, Next Day service via Royal Mail, and 99.9% of them will always arrive in this stated time period. But of course there will always be exceptions to this.

If your order doesn't arrive next day, it will definitely be with you the following day. We hope you understand.

Saturday Deliveries

We don't offer a Saturday delivery service as standard, but for customers who want their lenses urgently when purchasing on a Friday, you do have the option of upgrading to a Saturday delivery at a cost of £9.99.

This is a guaranteed service provided by Royal Mail.
